Author Madeleine L'Engle died this month. A Wrinkle in Time blew my mind in seventh grade. 
The Wittenburg Door interviewed her in 1986 and 2000, and we've already noted her passing, but today I ran across a piece of a poem that could serve as her epitaph.
"This is the irrational season
When love blooms bright and wild.
Had Mary been filled with reason
There'd have been no room for the child."
